By using the Website and the Services, you accept and agree to be legally bound by this agreement (the “Agreement”), whether or not you are a registered user. DigitalHire, offers full life cycle employment recruitment services including job advertisement, video resume database, recruitment automation, candidate engagement, interview scheduling, screening, assessment, candidate recommendation, hiring and video interview services (the “Services”) on the websites www.digitalhire.com, app.digitalhire.com, employer.digitalhire.com, jobseeker.digitalhire.com, jobboard.digitalhire.com, and our Mobile Applications (the “Website”).

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without advance notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated Last Modified date. By accessing the Website and the Services after any changes have been made, you signify your agreement on a prospective basis to the modified Agreement and all of the changes.
